My Naruto OC, Rae, in her mermaid form. well... one of her mermaid forms. this one is meant for speed =3

I would have added some kind of rock she was leaning on, but 1.) i dont have photoshop. and 2.) i am not good at adding nonliving objects to pics yet :(
